About us

Since 2009, Novacorr has designed and manufactured Australian made healthcare beds, lift chairs and clinical furniture for hospitals, aged care, complex rehabilitation and home care.

We design and build equipment for hospitals, aged care facilities, rehabilitation settings, community care and people with complex physical or neurological needs. Our work is guided by one simple belief: healthcare equipment should be built around the person, not the other way around.

From our Sunshine Coast facility, we build equipment that is practical, durable and made around the person using it. Our range includes electric beds, lift chairs, specialist seating, bariatric equipment, hospital furniture and custom solutions for clients who do not fit a standard product.

Novacorr began with electric beds and recliner chairs, but quickly saw a gap in the market. Many people needed equipment that could not be solved by a one size fits most approach. That gap became the foundation of who we are today.

Novacorr has since evolved to meet more market segments which include Hospital and Acute care; Community and Homecare; Complex Rehab and Aged care; with product offerings for sleeping, rehab, and comfort.

Our products are designed, built and supported from our Sunshine Coast facility, giving clients access to local knowledge, customisation and after sales support.

Meet Sally

Sally is Novacorr’s General Manager and works closely with clients, families, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and healthcare teams to help match people with the right equipment.

Having grown with the company from a young age, Sally understands Novacorr from the factory floor through to product development, scripting, service and client support. Her practical product knowledge and hands on approach help ensure every solution is considered, functional and built with the person’s needs in mind.

Sally is passionate about improving comfort, safety and independence through equipment that is thoughtfully designed and properly supported.

Novacorr will continue to invest hundreds of man-hours each year in research and development.

These have helped build our reputation throughout the healthcare industry. We see ourselves as problem solvers and work with Occupational and Physiotherapists on a daily basis. Working with spinal injuries, cerebral palsy, and bariatric clients and have developed products for people with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS, Muscular Dystrophy and Motor Neuron Disease.
