Founded in 2009, Novacorr started from humble beginnings making basic electric beds and one size fits all electric chairs.
It didn’t take long before Novacorr saw a gap in the market that majority of all people didn’t fit the one size fits most approach when it comes to sleeping and comfort.
Novacorr has grown to be a full manufacturer of high level, robust Custom-Made Hospital Beds and Electric recliners delivering equipment nationally and internationally for a vast array of clientele.
Novacorr has since evolved to meet more market segments which include Hospital and Acute care; Community and Homecare; Complex Rehab and Aged care; with product offerings for sleeping, rehab, and comfort.
Currently operated by sibling duo Sally and Joshua, the business continues to uphold their parents’ values, ensuring their legacy endures.
Meet Sally
Sally is Novacorr’s General Manager, ensuing the day to day running of the company is in good hands, working with clients and Occupational Therapist directly and continuing to oversee the research and development team.
Sally has been working within the company since a very early age and is well equip with the knowledge and experience to ensure that clients are front of mind when ensuring the team is manufacturing equipment to the Novacorr standards, with designing new equipment to find solutions for clients and for scripting equipment.
Sally-Anne’s approachable and empathetic nature, combined with her in-depth product knowledge, makes her an asset to Novacorr. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through tailored equipment, whether it’s specialised beds or lift chairs, ensuring comfort and independence for all.
Meet Joshua
Joshua is our Key Sales Manager. Joshua strives on ensuring that clients products are built to find a solution for their clinical and functional needs. Working alongside distributor’s and the Novacorr sales team to continue to reinforce the Novacorr values and service.
With a focus on innovation and quality, Joshua is committed to delivering products, such as specialised beds and lift chairs, that enhance the lives of people with mobility challenges. His leadership, combined with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, allows him to guide Novacorr in creating products that are both practical and built to the highest standards. Joshua’s dedication reflects a strong ethical foundation, ensuring their values remain at the heart of the company.
Joshua who has also worked with Novacorr from a young age knows how crucial manufacturing equipment in Australia is. Working as a teenager to assist with all aspects of production as well as the design and manufacturing of our research and development.

These have helped build our reputation throughout the healthcare industry. We see ourselves as problem solvers and work with Occupational and Physiotherapists on a daily basis. Working with spinal injuries, cerebral palsy, and bariatric clients and have developed products for people with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS, Muscular Dystrophy and Motor Neuron Disease.
