On the 4th September Novacorr made a special delivery to a Mr Fred Bowers and his lovely wife Mary.
Fred desperately needed assistance as his health problems were affecting his day to day life at home and causing him a great deal of stress. He has rang a few weeks prior and it was decided that the best option to aid Mr Bowers would be the Bariatric tilt and lift chair.
Fred unfortunately Suffers from Asbestosis and Mesothelioma meaning he found it very difficult to breathe, especially whilst sleeping (due to the weight and pressure on his organs). Fred also required the chair to improve his circulation and give him a slight back and leg elevation (this was necessary as Fred’s feet needed to be higher than his heart whilst sat down).
Our team got straight to work designing and producing Fred’s chair and within a few weeks it was ready for delivery.
The delivery was made to Fred in Lawnton soon after and he was thrilled to be reunited with his new tilt and lift chair.
Upon sitting in the bariatric chair and getting himself comfortably positioned Fred’s breathing improved considerably and he went on to explain how happy he was with the product and that he was ecstatic that he could now sit and watch his TV comfortably with no further repercussions.
